There is a widely touted belief that everyone has at least one book inside them. Well, I firmly believe I have several. These ideas are simmering on the back burner developing a more robust flavour as time goes by. This gives me to focus on my freelance food writing (which includes being the Food & Drink Editor for Sussex Style magazine) and my supper club, Repast.

I’m available for freelance writing, recipe development and styling projects. Although much of my work has a historical slant I also enjoy writing about modern food trends and issues.
