My name is Sam Bilton and I am a food addict. I love growing it, cooking it and above all eating it.

Whatever I have been doing or wherever I have been going my hunger to experience new tastes or rediscover old ones has been at the forefront of my mind. I constantly think about food and I am probably at my happiest and most relaxed when I’m in my kitchen. My food is inspired by many things – the seasons, places I have visited, literature and food from our past.
